Painting 'The Old Guitarist' by Pablo Picasso

Oh! My love,

I pour out the feelings of my heart.

I like loneliness,

I love solitude,

And I don't find anything wrong with my attitude.

People annoy me and I hate talkative mouths,

Silence is what I crave to hear,

It calms me down and I find no reasons to fear.

I hate to work in a team,

Hence I avoid large groups and public gatherings,

Night out and get-together are not my things,

I am most comfortable only with my near and dear beings.

Stepping out of my comfort zone makes me uncomfortable,

I feel that all the eyes are staring at me and judging me,

Sometimes I feel so anxious that I feel like an untouchable.

I get nervous when I talk to someone new,

I get nervous when I have to present myself in front of a few.

I like to be confined within myself,

I just love to look inward,

Some call me self-centred,

Some name me egoist whereas some use the term introverted.

But the truth is my love,

I don't give a damn,

I neither care what you think nor what the society,

I will neither change for you nor for the almighty.
